Hon. Mike Farhat

Founding President of United States Global Partners, Ltd.

Mike Farhat is Founding President of United States Global Partners, Ltd. (USGP), an International Trade and Consultant firm located in Texas, USA, with affiliate offices throughout the world. Mr. Farhat also serves as President and CEO of Farhat Industries, Inc., a diversified company in Banking and Real estate development. In addition to a Baccalaureate degree from AL-Adab School, Beirut Lebanon, Mr. Farhat is fluent in both English and Arabic.

Mr. Farhat’s dynamic and professional leadership has earned him numerous distinctions including: “Business of the Year Award,” and “Honorary Texan” by Governor George Bush. He served as Finance Co-Chairman Republican Party of Texas, as a Texas municipal judge, and currently serves on the Board of Directors at Riverbend Bank. As an émigré from Lebanon, Mr. Farhat remains a visionary passionately committed to humanitarian and charitable foundations. This commitment includes support of the following groups and organizations: Texas Sister Cities International, Inc. Mr. Farhat is devoted to his children, and he enjoys spending time with them in community activities in Southlake, Texas, where they live.

Hon. Andrew Wambsganss

Co-Chairman/Owner

Andrew Wambsganss is a recognized civic, community, government and political leader in Texas with long-standing relationships at the highest levels in Washington, D.C. and at state and local levels throughout the United States. Mr. Wambsganss has worked in the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government in Washington and in Texas. He recently served as Mayor of Southlake, Texas and as a senior partner with a leading law firm. He has served as a judge and in other elected and appointed positions over the past two decades. Mr. Wambsganss was also appointed as a nationally recognized scholar in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Texas in all Texas Courts and also before the Supreme Court of the United States of America; United States District Court, Northern District of Texas and Arkansas; United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Education: University of Texas- Arlington (B. A. with high honors); University of Texas-Austin (Juris Doctor), Phi Delta Phi. Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas; Tarrant County Bar Association; Tarrant County Mayor’s Forum; American Association of Corporate Counsel; International Trade Bar Association, World Exporters/Importers Organization, and World Affairs Council. Mr. Wambsganss worked for Dick Armey (Majority Leader, United States House of Representatives in the 1980’s prior to joining the Second Court of Appeals of Texas in 1991 as a briefing attorney for Justice Hal M. Lattimore. Following completion of his judicial clerkship with the Court, Mr. Wambsganss joined Brown & Thompson, PC– becoming a shareholder/partner in 1995. Mr. Wambsganss has obtained the highest possible national peer review rating (“AV”)– said peer review rating reflects the confidential opinions of the Bar and Judiciary in grading an attorney’s ethical standards and legal ability.

Major General (Ret) Hank Morrow

Chief Operating Officer

Major General (Ret) Hank Morrow is Chief Operating Officer of United States Global Partners, Ltd. (USGP), an International Trade and Consultant firm located in Texas, USA, with affiliate offices throughout the world. General Morrow also serves as Owner and President of H.C. Morrow, LLC, a diversified company specializing in International Trade Development with emphasis on defense related issues. In addition to a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University, General Morrow holds a Master’s Degree (MAS) in Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. General Morrow has also completed Executive Education in National and International Security at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.

General Morrow served over 34 years in the United States Air Force and has held numerous command positions at the squadron, group and wing levels, including a numbered Air Force (1AF) where he was responsible for the air defense of the United States. During his last assignment, General Morrow served as a US Diplomat as the Senior Defense Official, Chief of Security Cooperation, and Defense Attaché at the United States Embassy, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As the Senior Defense Official, General Morrow served as the Secretary of Defense’s principal military advisor to the U.S. Ambassador and to the government of the United Arab Emirates. As the Chief of the Security Cooperation Organization, General Morrow served both the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and the United States Central Command overseeing military-to-military relations with the Emirati government to include all U.S. defense efforts to equip, maintain, train, and sustain the armed forces of the United Arab Emirates.

General Morrow is the recipient the Distinguished Service Medal, Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal and the Air Medal. General Morrow has also received the Kentucky Distinguished Service Medal, the Louisiana Cross of Merit and the Texas Lone Star Distinguished Service Medal from the respective Governors.

General Morrow has also served on the Civil Air Patrol Board of Governors (AF Aux) as appointed by the Secretary of the Air Force overseeing over 60,000 members and over 500 aircraft nationwide.

Hank Morrow and his family currently live in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

Mr. Farhat has remarkable history of achievements in developing and strengthening the activities of medical products not only in Kuwait, but also in the gulf cooperation state. His knowledge, partnered with 20 years of rich and invaluable experience, has made him an expert in conducting business in the Middle East and North African region. Mr. Farhat has successfully facilitated many high valued contracts with Government Institutions over the years. He is extremely well versed with government policies and systems, especially with the Ministries of Health. Mr. Farhat is well accustomed with the import procedures in each region, therefore, he can offer the most reasonable and economical solutions to fulfill any healthcare requirements to our clients. He is also very well connected to the local, high standard, private hospitals and pharmacies in healthcare. This makes him a well-balanced partner to fulfill their needs and requirements in a professional manner.

Emily Weathers

Director of Medical Services

Emily Weathers brings experience in leading organizations in the private and non-profit sector with a background in medical management, operations, and finance to her role. Her career enabled her to gain expansive knowledge of entrepreneurship and negotiation. Ms. Weathers experience has also afforded her the abilities to be involved in government affairs. Ms. Weathers is a long-time public servant, who has distinguished herself as a leader with a strong involvement working with non-profit organizations that promote health and wellness, education, and woman’s rights. Ms. Weathers is honored to be awarded as a “Texan with Character” twice for her volunteer work in the community. She is also the proud Founder and Executive Director of Promises of Tomorrow, a breast cancer charity.

Ms. Weathers is a loving mother of three beautiful and active children. They enjoy spending time together and enjoy watching sporting events, especially football.

Angie Vickery

Director of Operations

Angie was born a Texan, but was raised in Florida, and returned back to Texas as soon as possible. Angie has over 28 years of accounting and administration experience in the retail and manufacturing industry. She lives in Grapevine with her husband of over 22 years. When not at work she enjoys her 3 children and her new grandson.  As Director of Operations she responsible for the Financial as well as Corporate Administration.

Larry Robinson

VP of Governmental Affairs

Larry Robinson is a native of Louisiana, and is the VP of Governmental Affairs.  He was a Professional Basketball player in the NBA for 12 years.  His career highlights include winning the NBA Championship with the Houston Rockets in 1994, and received the Atlantic Suns Player of the Year in 1990.  This was awarded to Mr. Robinson based on his high regard for teamwork, problem solving, dedication, and leadership.

These skills made the transition into the business world extremely natural for Mr. Robinson, after a successful basketball career.  As a leader, he inspires others with his hard work and motivation.  Mr. Robinson has a strong background in Business Development and Public Relations.  Larry, his wife Flecia, and his family live in Dallas, Texas.
